DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]The Simunition® Scenario Instructor and Safety Certification Course is designed to provide critical training to instructors who will conduct reality-based training within their department. The course will provide hands-on instruction in scenario-based training program development and training methodology and will give practical experience to students on the best use of Simunition® training products in a highly effective, realistic, extremely safe training course.\nSimunition® will provide converted training firearms, FX® personal protective equipment, all FX® and SecuriBlank® training ammunition, FoF training ammunition™, as well as training aids such as inert training props. If you choose to bring your own converted weapon(s) and/or personal protective equipment, please see the attached flyer below and your instructor before the course starts.\nPlease see attached flyer / Equipment Requirements: Simunition® Scenario Instructor and Safety Certification Course ( https://greatermetroregion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Simunition®-Scenario-Instructor-and-Safety-Certification-Course.pdf )\nThis class is free. If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk/spam folders. *Per our guidelines, if you are a peace officer outside the GMTR / federal officer / military / civilian, your registration cannot be confirmed until 30 days before the start of class, provided that there is space available.\nStudents must notify the sponsoring training region/provider at least 14 days prior to the training if they are not able to attend the training. If sufficient notification is not provided, your agency may be restricted from receiving future regional POST grant funding (class, scholarship, training equipment) for a period of up to six (6) months.
